First of all i want to say that i know that is not a serious problem but if it is possible to be fixed, why not?
Every time a new video starts ( treehouse course video ) if i press pause and then continue it will start from the beginning. The second time that the video will restart if i pause and continue the video will behave as it should and will not start for the beginning.
I run win 8.1 and i have the same problem with the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome with latest flash plugins.
Are there others who have the same problem?

I am currently experiencing the same issues as you however mine doesn't seem to start me from the beginning every time. I get started from the beginning at random times during the video and when it is paused.

16,244 PointsI have had this issue too, but it only happens for me if I click on the video to play/pause. If I use the play/pause button on the video bar, it works as expected. I'm using Mac OS X and the latest version of Chrome.

Treehouse Moderator 91,252 PointsI noticed this a while back too. I just take extra care to make sure I'm clicking the play/pause button. Or at least make a note of the time of the video before I do anything else so I can quickly find my way back if the worst happens.

22,866 PointsI usually pause and unpause the video at the beginning to avoid the strange behavior. Is really annoying if i forget to do that and i decided to pause and unpause in a critical point.

3,084 PointsI'm on Mac and using Safari and if I ever miss the pause button and click the video the video will restart. More annoyingly if I zoom up the page and the layout changes to tablet the video controls disappear which is annoying if you're trying to have a text editor and the browser open on the one screen.
