treeStory exercise

I have tried my code and it gives me the correct answer on my IDE but I get this message "bummer! Looks like you didn't present the TreeStory (3)" on the exercise. pls explain?

      User is continually prompted until they enter a valid word

3.  The user is presented with the completed story
