TreeStory2. Some Troubles

Hi there. Treehouse's compilator gives me errors when i compile my code. Please help. //ERRORS WITH TODO. and //ERRORS WITH PASSING TESTS although i did it without mistakes (in my opinion) Thank you!

# This is essentially what I am testing
1. The user is prompted for a new string template (the one with the double underscores in it).

  a. The prompter class has a new method that prompts for the story template, and that method is called.

2. The user is then prompted for each word that has been double underscored.

   a. The answer is checked to see if it is contained in the censored words.
User is continually prompted until they enter a valid word

3. The user is presented with the completed story

All i need to do is not to output again the wrong words. Just output "Please try again" if the word is wrong. :)

Hi there,

You can get rid of the errors regarding TODOs by deleting that word from the comment in Main and Prompter.

This then distills the issue down to be: Whoops looks like you didn't censor the words (2a). mCensoredWords contains 'dork', but it made it past somehow. So that's where your issue lies.

I'll try to have a look later - I've got some work to finish off first.

Good luck!

Steve.

But it works fine in my IntelliJ. Here is my console: --CONSOLE BEGIN '''html Write your story: Hello name! What can you do with something?

What usage u can use instead of name: dork

The Word dork is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of name: jerk

The Word jerk is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of name: nerd

The Word nerd is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of name: dweeb

The Word dweeb is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of name: Azamat

What usage u can use instead of something: dork

The Word dork is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of something: jerk

The Word jerk is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of something: nerd

The Word nerd is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of something: dweeb

The Word dweeb is censored! Please try Again!

What usage u can use instead of something: ball

Your TreeStory:

Hello Azamat! What can you do with ball?

Process finished with exit code 0 ''' --CONSOLE END

Not sure if you'll see this because you asked a while a go but the reason it doesn't work is because you output System.out.printf("The Word %s if censored! Please try Again!%n", input); . I don't know why this stops the test working but it did for me.

You're right, Adam. Any output in there messes with the tests for this challenge. I'd forgotten about that!

Good work.

Steve.
