Trouble Uploading website via cyberduck

I am trying to upload my website using to cyberduck, but when I try to connect using SFTP I get an error "connection timed out: connect." I can connect to cyberduck using FTP, but I then I cannot drag and drop files into cyberduck. Thanks!

Details: I am using windows, and my host is lcn.com. I did download the files from my workspace onto my computer before trying to upload them.

Are you trying to connect to a VPS? FTP and SSH are not the same thing, check your ports. You're getting that error most likely because of SFTP in Cyberduck is for SSH.
