Java Adding Dependencies

Trouble with dependencies

When I try to add the dependencies I get an error that says "Unable to resolve org.apache.commons:commons-csv:1.3" can anyone help me troubleshoot my problem?

Ok after a little more playing around and a lot more head scratching I figured out what the problem was, somehow in the Gradle settings under Global Gradle settings the checkbox for offline work got checked. Once I unchecked that box it worked just fine.
