trying to learn js :)

hi! i know some html5 and css3 and i am trying to learn js, in the js library there is two main js lessons: -programming step by step js oriented and -js foundation.where should i start??

If you have not done anything with a programing language before, I would start with Introduction to programming, then move on to JavaScript Foundations
