trying to run my Emulator Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED

this is the error i get when i try and rum my Emulator

That message means there is a problem with the app's manifest file. Post the contents of your AndroidManifest.xml (under app -> manifests or app -> src ->main in the Project panel) file so we can find out what's wrong.
