Twitter community amongst students?

I was wondering if there was a twitter community amongst fellow students? A place to catch up on what your fellow classmates are accomplishing without having to wait for them to post a question on the forums. If not, I think it would be a really cool idea to start building up a directory of students to follow here in the forums.

Would be neat. Easy way you can do similar is just to look at people's profiles to see if their twitter handle is listed.
