Ruby Build a Simple Ruby on Rails Application Getting Started with Rails Installing Rails (Windows)

typed rails --help and got path cannot be specified

does not look it like rails installed properly. what are my next options.

C:\Users\Chris>rails --help The system cannot find the path specified.

I'm having the same issue.

C:\Sites>rails --help The system cannot find the path specified.

I'm on Windows 8.

C:\Sites>ruby -v ruby 2.2.4p230 <2015-12-16 revision 53155> [i386-mingw32]

There were no errors returned when running the railsinstaller exe file.
