Typing rbenv gives me an error

When I type rbenv into the new tab in terminal I get the following errors:

-bash: /Users/<myusername>/.bash_profile: line 5: syntax error near unexpected token (' -bash: /Users/<myusername>/.bash_profile: line 5:export PATH=/usr/local/bin:(...)'

i have put <myusername> instead of my full name there for this question's purpose.

no idea what to do from here
