UITableView overlapping status bar

It seems that when I run my application in the blogpost project the cells overlap the status bar.

How to I fix this??

Make the tableview 20 points shorter. In iOS 7 the status bar doesn't have a background, so if you extend it to the top of the screen, your content will show through the status bar.

How exactly do I do that?
