UIView design

Hi guys I would like to ask for guideline on how one can make blog reader app like medium https://medium.com/m/app I would like to have a scrollview which contains an image and some body text. Right now I have an image view header and UITextView but I would like to be able to scroll the entire view and the scrollview height will increase as content of UITextView increase. I am not sure if thats the right way to do it or not.. Any suggestion on how to achieve that.
