Unable to create Playground Page by right-clicking

I wasn't able to create a new Playground Page by right-clicking with my mouse. I went to File > New > Playground Page to do so. Apparently there's a shortcut too. My question is what could be the reason I'm not able to just right click with my mouse?

Hi Veronica, Try this: Go into the playground page. In the top right corner you will see three buttons that pretty much look alike. Click on the one closest to the left. A tab will appear on the left side with the name of your playground. In the empty space right click and select new playground page.
