every time a link is provided to download a file and drag to work space file will not upload like in this case i downloaded normaliss file and attempted to drag it to ccs file would not upload

Your "normalize.css" file goes inside the css FOLDER, not the "main.css" FILE. They are 2 separate stylesheet FILES that need to be separate from each other, but they are stored in the same FOLDER.

710 PointsI had the same problem. Try downloading the file onto your computer and then move the file from your computer to your workspace.

Try dragging it but not on top of the filenames, a little below, in the empty black space at the bottom-left.
Should work.
