Unable to drop IMG files in workspace

I am following along with the web design track and am trying to drop the image files in my workspace, they are the files that I need to continue. I am using internet explorer on windows. I know Im not great at expressing the problem but am just beginning and cannot move forward without this step. Im guessing that maybe the files aren't compatable? any help would be great! Thanks!

Hey Nicole,

Try putting the files you need to upload on your desktop and then dragging them to the drop area from there. You can also just go to the File Menu, select Upload File, and then choose the files you want to upload from there.
