unable to edit textview and button properties

hey guys,

im having some very irritating malfunctions with eclipse. For some reason when i attempt to change the properties on the textview and button elements im seeing no changes and eclipse isnt letting me. ive tried restarting the program a few times but i keep encountering hte same problem. Please if anyone has any suggestions im in dire need as this problem is hindering my progress in android development. thanx anyone and everyone and have a great day!

I have this problem almost every time it has something to do with the phone you choose. While I was doing Crystal Ball I had to restart the whole project over because I couldn't get a button to move.

Try to run the app and see if it updates. Or clean/build the project.
