Unable to install mongo. says not sufficient permission to start services. help appreciated

http://prntscr.com/kprmq9 here's a screenshot of the error. i'm installing the 4.0xx version of mongo. the package is in .msi. i install it as service. ss is below: http://prntscr.com/kpro0i am i doing anything wrong?

okay so i installed simply. in short unchecked the services checkbox and it installed just fine. like this : http://prntscr.com/kprq0k

Edit: if you are still having errors while running it. install windows 10 thats how i fixed it.
