Unable to launch

Hi. I have a problem, when I want to run my app in Eclipse it says that "The selection cannot be launched and there are no recent launches". Please help me.

Have you selected the project in the Explorer window on the left? Sometimes, if you are selected on a random file or a library project, Eclipse will try to launch that and give an error.
