Unable to scroll in blog reader

I am unable to scroll in the web view for the blog reader or in the master detail page with the list of blog posts. I am assuming that because there are not enough posts that I would not be able to however on the web view it needs to be able to scroll and does not. This is in the iOS simulator and i am assuming will be the same if I load to my phone.

I am using Xcode 6.1 on Mac OS X Yosemite with iOS simulator 8.1 .
