If you are using a beta version of Android Studio, could you try downloading the current version and seeing if that fixes your issue? If that doesn't help, you could try some of the suggestions at this. Let us know if you still need further assistance or if this solves your problem.

Did deleting thet .gradle folder in your user directory help at all? As in the C:\Users<your user name>.gradle folder?
