Unittesting without input parameters or arguments

Hello, I've written all my code for this project without any functions taking inputs or arguments, that is to say def function(): there is nothing in the brackets. As such i'm at a loss on how to conduct any Unittests since all of the techniques I've learned require such inputs. I have managed to have some done on the database stuff, but none of my code Thanks, Taylor
