Unrelated psychological suggestion

Hello, this might seem a little abstract but... this series is the only one where you'll say.. "let's take a short break" at the end of each video i don't know why but it really breaks my concentration from doing the next video...lol just thought ill share that.. and no i don't have ADHD or anything

Well, every time after he have said "Let's take a short break", you can use that time to recall what he has taught you in the video, then reason to yourself why they make sense. After that, you can carry on to the next video and try to string the thoughts together.
