Unusual issues with bootstrap in ie8

Hi!

Hoping a bootstrap expert can help me out. I've recently created my first bootstrap pages to match the design of our existing website. Only problem, and it's a major one - it really messes up in IE8 (dread to think what it looks like in older browsers).

I know there will be some changes in older browser, but these pages really mess up and I can't work out if it's something I'm doing wrong.

I'd really appreciate if someone in the know could have a quick glance over the code and can spot anything I've done majorly wrong. Any other tips and advice would be greatly recieved.

Thanks in advance,
