Update Content Square

Hey Guys, so I'm following up on a question I asked a few days ago. I finally got that working, just need to get this one to work, too.

PUT /v1/{merchant_id}/items/{item_id}

I have downloaded the JSON data from the web, but how d I update a key in that? I have a UITextField and I want to upload the key to the value of the textfield. How can this be done? Thanks
