Upgrading Silver to Gold error

Hi my account will be billed on Apr 4, 2014... I'm currently Silver member who is interested in learning from workshops, but when I click on upgrade to gold button, it goes "nowhere." Is this some kind of bug with my account, or I should wait till the 4th of Apr? Thanks!

I'm currently on gold, and I can't downgrade to silver, I think the button on the website is broken
