Upload malfunction

I was doing the "structure the image gallery" in creating HTML Content and I was supposed to upload images to the workspace but they say upload and don't upload.

Are you attempting to do the "Upload File" from the menu bar? I receive an error doing that way as well. Try the drag and drop method instead. The video begins explaining how to do that at 0:57. You just drag the images into the bottom left corner of the Workspace window.
