Uploading project files. " Not working at all "

Is there anyway to to fix this issue.. Im following what is being done, but once i drag and drop then project files into the work space.. I just get this over and over again, Im not able to move forward with the lesson.

Darryl, try reopening the work space after clearing the browser cache(history,etc.). It must surely work. Also drop it in only the box which gets highlighted while dragging. This can also be the issue. :)
