So how does one 'uptick' another's reply on the forum or vote for a reply to be the 'best answer'? I never see the 'uptick' or 'downtick' option until a reply has already been upticked at least once by someone else.

In this thread there are 3 answers but not votes (at the time of this writing) and this is what I see.
Do you see something different when you look at that thread?

8,639 PointsAhh. yes I see the same thing as you. I couldn't figure out the rhyme or reason why it's sometimes there and sometimes not. That would explain it. Thanks.
