URGENT PLEASE HELP!

I am taking the html track and I was on stage 3 of the first topic. By accident I deleted my index.html file. When I try to press "undo", my file won't return. Is it gone forever or can i still retrieve it.

Unfortunately it is gone (unless there is some loophole I dont know about), I have done this before and it is pretty frustrating.

Yea that pissed me off. Treehouse should definitely confirm if u want to delete that file...almost like double checking
