URL PARAMETERS

Does anyone know a way or if its possible to include into URL a css parameter that would be set based on the URL value.

I don't know of a way directly, but you could use a URL parameter to trigger PHP code, which could add html or change classes, etc. Then you could apply CSS to the new code. JavaScript may be a better answer for what you want.

Can you give a concrete example of what you are trying to achieve? There may be a better way to get your end result.
