If I am not doing something wrong, there are some usabilty issues in one of your usability areas. ; ) When one completes a chapter in Library --> Websites --> Usability Foundations, one is directed to the Become a Web Designer learning adventure, which admittedly also has videos on usability, but a different set.
Second question : What is the difference between these two usability areas?

1,667 PointsUsability Foundations is a more comprehensive study of usability. The usability videos in the Become a Web Designer learning adventure is more of an overview of usability. It's good to watch both if you're new to user experience design or usability testing.
