User agent stylesheet overrides the style shown in the video

Using the preloaded workspace from this video, the callout anchors still display an underline and colored hblue, when I inspected this with the chrome dev tools, it says user agent stylesheet overrides this and sets a to

color: -webkit-link; text-decoration: underline; cursor: auto;

Help? :(
