User generated word cloud

Hey everyone - I'm interested in building a simple word cloud thats generated from users. The user would simply look at a photo and enter a single word into the for. The next page would should the other answers from users in the word cloud format.

Does anyone have a recommedation on how to go about his and where I might find a good tutorial on building this out? Thanks!
