User Video Upload

Hi, i'm trying to build an app, but i'm not good with video type stuff. I'm struggling to write certain code that allows users to upload 30 second videos only to the app, is there any help I can get on this? (I am using swift) I've created a Collection View Controller, but i do not know where to go from there :(
