Using either Axios or Fetch I get a 429 response from Giphy. How can i fix this?

Using either the fetch method or Axios library to make the request I am getting a 429 response from Giphy i.e too many requests.

I also get an error saying that the CROS policy is blocking the request.

This only occurred after I installed the Axios stuff via npm and was working using the fetch method originally.

What do I need to do to get this fixed ?
