Using Git For Android -> Creating a New Repo with Android Studio

After following this video...I noticed my Android project is showing up in GitHub as written in "Shell" ... Is there anyway i can change this or prevent it from happening the next time I create a repo from Android Studio.

I see other projects that are correctly identified as Android so i know its possible. Thanks.

Over time...it looks like GitHub corrected it on its own...it now displays as Java :-)
