Using "google = open('http://google.com').read"

Just a tip that worked for me: I could only use the command "open('http://google.com').read" after using "require 'open-uri'". When I tried just with "require 'uri'" an error popped up.

Yeah, you have to include the modules to use the functions provided by the module.
