Using HTML Templates

I was reading a posting on css tricks (http://css-tricks.com/get-started-web-design/) that suggested downloading a template as a starting point in creating a site. My question is when you download the files how should arrange the files on workspaces? Do you have any suggested sites for templates? Thanks!

Are you planning on using Workspaces to code your site? Because Workspaces is really just for learning how to code. I thought of it, but you're right, a text editor would be completely more realistic. I will try one and hopefully it makes sense. Thanks for the suggestions. Kevin
