Using @import on css, Is there a heirarchy if i use it? ex. normalize.css and mainstyle.css?

I am currently organizing my code using @import, i used main.css to link on html and inside the main.css are: bootstrap.css master.css ( my main css ) fonts.css

yes, there's a cascading heirarchy just like normally it would.
