Using npm as a task runner

How do it execute the command "node_modules/.bin/uglifyjs src/models* src/frontend.js -m -c -o build app.js" in my console so that it does not "return node_modules is not recognised as an internal file or batch command ..." i can change directory to enter node modules but this command does not work. The spaces in between seem to present a problem also
