Using return to exit while loop

can we use return inside a while loop to exit the loop? if yes, then we have three ways to exit loop , not two as mentioned in this video

In the context of this video, you cannot. That is because the loop is not inside of a function, and return is a keyword specific to functions. return makes a function stop immediately and give back whatever value is next to the return keyword. However, if the loop was indie of a function, writing a return statement in the loop would not only exit the loop, but also the entire function that it's within
