Using Scout with Foundations

I am a bit confused here. Bit of a newbie here.

I want to use Sass with my RoR-application. I have installed Scout to use on my project. Do I still have to put the Foundations 5 stylesheets in the assets directory to get them to work. Is there any good resources on this anywhere?
