Could you elaborate? The @ symbol is entered by hitting the Shift key and the number 2 key on your keyboard at the same time.

a nice tip was to change to the USA keyboard, just to be able to print @ and the tilde ~ , and it is work

on American keyboard is: SGHIFT+ 2 =@ but first you have to sure that you are using American fro USA keybord..
