Using the documentation

I wonder of there is anywhere that teaches how to use the apple documentation. Thanks

Hey Tom!

Try this Treehouse video. It's short but it gets across the point.

Essentially, you can use the API Reference Documentation to search for information about any class in the Apple SDKs. So if you wanted to know what instance methods were available to NSString, you would just search for NSString and scroll down to the relevant section. Likewise, if you wanted to know about the properties an instance of UITableView had to offer, you could do the same. Personally, I think the best way to learn how to use the library is just to jump right in and start looking around. You will quickly see how invaluable the information it has to offer really is.
