Using the href to link it to twitter takes me to a 404 not found

I did exactly as the video. Plese see the line 55 below:

<li><a href="http//:twitter.com/treehouse" target= "_blank" class="social twitter">Twitter</a></li>

It does not link to twitter. Could anyone tell me what I did wrong?
