[UX Request] Make forum links open in a new tab, pretty please?

Please add:

target="blank"

For we Chrome users (since it doesn't have a "open all links in new tab" setting).

I'm constantly losing the site and have to manually go to the forum index again.

Cheers!

Middle click the link = opens in new tab.

I don't have a "middle" with which to click.

I know that CMD-Click (on a Mac) does the same thing. But why not make it a default in the markup? It's kind of a standard in forums that you would want to keep the forum list open while viewing a subtopic (or subtopics).

Maybe it's just a matter of opinion. In that case, I'll deal with it, and this post can be ignored.

FWIW, Reddit does this by default, too, and I'd say they are a pretty successful model to follow for forum-like implementations:

In addition, Ctrl+left-click also opens a new tab in Chrome on Windows.

Never thought of this - thanks for bringing it up. I'll chat to the Team about it.
