Hello.. The video keeps lagging. I don't know how to fix this. Can anybody help me? this is annoying me a lot..

13,965 PointsIt could be any number of things, but the most common issue would probably be your network connection.

3,575 PointsIt might either be your network or if you just have a lot of applications running or your storage could be full of memory, I would try seeing whether you have a strong or weak connection, see if your leaving lots of applications running, if so then quit those and see if it helps any, and if you have little storage, try deleting files, photos, music, or applications that aren't that important or you can live with out.

Did you manage to resolve the issue? I'm experiencing heavy lag as well to a point where videos are unwatchable. I'm on a 100Mbit fibre connection, so the network speed shouldn't be an issue really. Support suggested to cross check with different browsers to eliminate the possibility of browser plugins interfering with the playback. I've tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox - but it really doesn't make a difference which browser I'm using or if I'm in 'normal mode' or inkognito.
Any hints what I might be missing?
