video navigation bar dont hide

Hello folks, On my laptop (win 8, browser chrome) the video-navigation bar doesn't hide after a certain time, it's always visible, that's really a pain in the ...... On my other computer it works in chrome, it also works in Firefox. I already checked my settings, enabled and disabled everything. Does anybody have any idea how to solve that? Regards Patrick

I personally think that the design of the video view having the controls appear in the middle is flawed. I want to pause it and copy code, but I have to pause, move my mouse copy code move my mouse back unpause move my mouse again, it's really irritating.

It's a terrible design. It hides the code. I can remove it by tapping inside the screen, but then many times when I want to pause to copy code and then restart, it goes back to the beginning.

Can someone from treehouse give a solution to this? I have this annoying bug on my laptop as well, and often the instructor's typed code is concealed by a navigation bar that won't go away no matter what. (Early in the series "Build an Interactive Website", many times he types code at the bottom.)

One workaround is to just download the video then watch in your chosen player.
