Video Not Playing?
I have a problem with watching this video.
Around the 00:20 mark, it lags out, and stops playing. If I start it over and try to skip ahead, it does the same.
Could someone try, and see if they encounter the same issue, or can watch the video completely?
Edit: Forgot to mention. Tried different browsers, even different laptops. The problem persists, at least for me.

I'm sorry to hear this is giving you so much trouble. I just checked on my end and the video played all the way through with no problem. There's a few things that could be causing the problem for you. Can you please try the following and see if it resolves this issue?
If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, please switch to Chrome or Firefox. If you are already using Chrome or Firefox, please open a new window in Incognito Mode (Chrome) or Privacy Mode (Firefox) and try playing a video. This'll disable any 3rd party plugins you have installed within your browser. If the video playback improves, then it means you have a plugin installed that is interfering with video playback on our site- likely one that has to do with HTML5. As an example, students will sometimes find that if they have a pop-up blocker plugin installed, this can cause this to happen.
I hope that helps! If you continue to have issues with this, reach out to our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
