'Video playback not supported on this computer' displaying when not on WiFi?

Hi there,

I am looking to download a few courses on Treehouse whilst I am on holiday, however iTunes seems to display a 'Video playback not supported on this computer' message whenever I try to view a lecture. If I try viewing a lecture whilst connected to the Internet it works perfectly.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Thanks, James.

Hi James,

Once you subscribe to a course podcast feed, you will need to download the feed within itunes. After that, they should be made available for offline playback. http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/fanfaq.html

Alternatively, you can access the downloaded videos individually within itunes mac folders.

Awesome, thanks Abraham.
